I bought a horse from Brenda in the fall of 2008 and couldn’t be happier! Brenda answered several emails and phone calls from me about Peanut (Dualin Tomcat) and then we made arrangements for me to come see him. I was able to try him in two different arenas and ended up spending the day with Brenda looking at some other prospects while I was in town. I had a ball with her that day but was also able to see what an honest and great person she truly is with these horses. I have been so pleased with Peanut and he has been everything Brenda told me he was and more. He is super broke and has been a joy to have around. We entered his first ever barrel race a couple of weeks ago and he eased thru and won the 4D on half second splits with a pro girl setting a new arena record!!! I expect great things from him in the future. I have referred several friends to Brenda and wouldn’t hesitate to go to her for my next prospect!

Buzzer
I purchased a registered ranch horse from Sugar Sand Ranch over 10 years ago. This horse, Buzzer, I consider my once-in-a-lifetime horse. I made him a finished heading horse, and competed in the USTRC, Booger Barter, and local jackpots. We were earning a paycheck everywhere we went. Someone was always offering to “take him off my hands”. I was even offered a blank check by a well-known PRCA roper. What a great feeling to know your horse is admired by so many!! I also won money on him at NBHA barrel shows, and placed in the top 10 at a huge stock horse show in Ft. Worth in the working cowhorse division. He was exactly as Brenda described him to be; there were absolutely no surprises - except he exceeded my expectations at every challenge I put him through! I contribute my success with the honesty of this great horse.
Moka
When the time came to start considering “younger” horse, I went back to Brenda. Of course, she had exactly what I was looking for. Moka, a 4-year old Colonel Freckles grandson, was the star in my eye. Moka has had 6 months professional roping (heading) training. He is now finished on barrels. And he continues to make progress with every show. He is truely a diamond. Thanks Brenda!
JUST A PHONE CALL AWAY
I met Brenda over the phone and asked her to meet me with a little mare at a D&G barrel race in Waco, TX fall of 2008. The mare was exactly what she said it was and more!!! I did a pre-purchase on her and bought her that day. I have put 5 months of barrel training on her and she is currently running in the 1D and still more to give. She is an exceptional mare and we feel very blessed to have found her and able to purchase her from a fellow professional that was excellent to deal with, honest and up front about all information on the horse. FFLYING RANCH
In October 2008 I purchased a 4 yr. old mare from Brenda and couldn’t be happier! I had never met nor heard of Brenda Garner, but she was very open, honest and super to work with. I asked her to take additional video for me and she was more than happy to comply with my request. This mare, who I now call Pebbles, was purchased sight unseen from her via the internet and Barrel Horse World. She was even better than Brenda represented and I absolutely adore this mare. She has been a dream to work with and very easy to pattern, taking to the barrels like a natural. I look forward to running Pebbles for many years to come and would not hesitate to buy another prospect from Brenda down the road!

Hey Brenda,
I can’t tell you how much we love the grey gelding! He is our favorite horse. I have turned down $10000 for him. We have been heeling on him, using him in the pasture, and just riding him. He is wonderful!!! He has more personality than any horse I have ever owned. We all argue over who is going to get to ride him. He makes every step I make in the barn. He loves to work cattle and took to heeling just like he had always done it. All of our friends are crazy about him too. We wouldn’t take anything for him. I will look at the other horse you have. We named the grey horse “The Little SOB” and it fits him perfectly. We have owned alot of horses, but he is a very special one!! We would almost keep him in the house with us. I will look at the other horse you have in the future .

Dang Brenda, what kinda animal did you sell me? I’m just kiddin’- Micha and I went for our first ride out in the pasture today-she has a super handle on her! She has power steering deluxe! She was in an unfamiliar area but rode out just as quiet as she could be and nothing seemed to bother her. The wind was blowing like crazy but she was very calm, which is good because this is Kansas and the wind blows 364 of 365 days a year! She has such a sweet personality. I appreciate your being so honest about her. She is everything you said she was. Like you said you can put about anything in her mouth; I was able to use my other barrel horses’ same tie down and bit on her and she acted like she had worn it a 1000 times. Something tells me I may need some glue on my butt when we really get to running the barrels full speed-she is fast! I would definitely not hesitate to buy another horse from you-Micha is a sweetie and you can tell you took your time and trained her right.
